Blyth Spartans can confirm a pre-season friendly fixture against Hartlepool United at Croft Park which will take place on Saturday 22nd July with a 3pm kick-off time.
Pools suffered relegation from EFL League 2 this campaign meaning their latest stint in the division was cut short at two seasons.
The County Durham-based outfit secured promotion from the National League via a play-off final penalty shootout victory against Torquay United in June 2021. They will be hoping that a similar feat can be achieved to instantly propel them back into the fourth tier of professional football in the nation.
