Blyth Spartans AFC is sad to report the passing of supporter Bob Little.
Dudley-born Bob was a staunch fan for many years and a great supporter of North East Non League football in general.
He was instrumental in attracting a substantial grant to enable the development and staging of our Centenary Anniversary Exhibition, 20 years ago.
A regular annual season ticket holder, he once, when the club were in financial difficulties, bought a 10-year ticket.
He was a huge Robbie Dale fan with his regular shout: “touch of class-Robbie Dale!”
We send our deepest condolences to Bob’s family and friends. He will be sadly missed.
