BLYTH SPARTANS ASSOCIATED FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED AND BLYTH SPARTANS SOCIAL CLUB (2000) LIMITED WILL HOLD THEIR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON THURSDAY 3rd MARCH 2022 AT BLYTH SPARTANS SOCIAL CLUB COMMENCING AT 7.30PM.

                                                              AGENDA

  1. Read and Adopt the Minutes of the AGM held on the 15th April 2021.
  2. Receive and Adopt the Financial Reports for the Year Ended 31st May 2021.
  3. Receive the Chairman’s Report.
  4. Any Other Reports.
  5. Any Other Business.
  6. Amendments to the Articles of Association to comply with Football Association requirements.

PLEASE NOTE:-  This meeting is for Shareholders only.

N.B. Any inclusions for Items 4 and 5 must be received, in writing, by the Company Secretary, no later than Thursday February 24th 2022.
