Blyth Spartans AFC and Social Club AGM – Thursday, October 1, 2020
Since declaring and publishing the date for the above meetings, COVID regulations have changed and public meetings of more than six people are now banned.
Accordingly, we must formally advise shareholders that the AGMs have been cancelled.
We are exploring the possibility of holding the AGMs using Zoom and will advise shareholders when details are available.
