Departure | Mouanda recalled by South Shields

Blyth Spartans can announce Ursene Mouanda was recalled from his season-long loan spell on Monday. The former Rangers midfielder moved to Croft Park in the summer and went to make 12 appearances in Blyth colours. Upon his return to the South Shields, Mouanda agreed a permament deal with BetVictor West side Dunston UTS. We wish Ursene all the very best for the future.

Arrival | Mouanda arrives on season-long loan

Blyth Spartans have completed the signing of central midfielder Ursene Mouanda on a season-long loan deal from South Shields. The 20-year-old joins from the Evo-Stik Premier side having made 26 appearances for Graham Fenton and Lee Picton’s men last season.  Born in Ivory Coast, Mouanda moved to the North East when he was five years old and had previously trained with Newcastle and Sunderland.
