A good season by everyone and the team is continuing to improve. We have played some good football this year with the comment of the season coming from the Ponteland Manager who said “If you weren’t playing against us, I could have watched your lads all day”
They finished the Autumn League in 5th place and because of this high finish were then put into the top Winter League, where they improved and finished in 4th.
We are now to looking forward to the end of season presentation (the date of which is still to be confirmed), a tournament in Scarborough from the 22nd-25th May and then next season playing 11 a side for the first time.
As we move up to 11 a side we need a bigger squad of 15-16 players, so if anyone is interested playing
