As the club looks to find new ways to allow supporters to connect with the club we have added an Instagram account to the Spartans social media network. The smart phone photo sharing app will allow supporters to see exclusive photos in and around the club on both home and away match days. There will also be a chance to view historical photos from many of the key moments in the history of Blyth Spartans.
Spartans Media Manager Phil Castiaux said “As we have looked to improve the media output of the club, we realise that social media is a key way of getting information to our supporters. We now have the the twitter account thriving alongside the existing facebook page and now the podcast up and running we are pleased with what we can offer our supporters. Instagram gives us an extra dimension, allowing supporters to see the club from every perspective and take a look at some historical photos too.”
