The club’s coaching staff are currently hard at work preparing the schedule and programme that will prepare the Spartans’ squad for the upcoming EvoStik Premier Division season.
In order to keep SpartansFans up to speed with the pre-season programme that the players will be put through prior to the opening game of the season (17 August 2013) a training programme, detailed below, has been prepared.
