The club can announce that for the month of September, the Port of Blyth Player of the Month has been awarded to Dan Maguire.
Given the last couple of seasons that the SpartansFans have had to endure it was pleasing that this month’s award could have been awarded to several players, but it was Nipa’s tireless work rate and attitude which has sealed the award, this was confirmed with his man of the match showing away to Barwell, where his early second half equaliser paved the way for a comeback victory for the Spartans.
