Blyth Spartans AFC can confirm the club will not take part in this season’s Northumberland Senior Cup.
The shortened 2020/21 season means more midweek fixtures than ever and a greater demand on our playing squad.
In addition the National League did not make provision in their fixture schedule for county cup matches and there was a possibility of facing two midweek matches in the same midweek.
