The Cramlington Caravans Stand is currently being repaired while the contractors are on site constructing The Kingsway Stand . The roof structure was supported by the 26 ton crane while the corroded main end column was replaced, the roof stiffeners and flashings will also be replaced.
The new goal posts can be seen in the foreground with the old posts helping support them while the foundations set, the pitch is also being moved 1 metre towards The Kingsway End to fulfil the sight line criteria at The Plessey End as per the The Football Foundation regulations
