Blyth Spartans are pleased to announce the signing of South Shields centre forward, Luke James on loan until the end of the season.
Luke, who in his debut campaign in the Vanarama National League North has scored two goals in seventeen appearances, joins up with Jon Shaw’s Spartans to bolster the front line for the run-in of the National League North campaign.
On his latest signing, Shawsy said: “We’re delighted to bring in Luke. He has bags of experience which will be invaluable for us for the rest of the season and adds to the top end of the pitch. He’s a north east lad and knows what it means, I’ve no doubt he could be a big player for us on the run-in.”
As with new signing Malakai Reeves, Luke will be in contention to make his Spartan debut at the weekend versus Kings Lynn.
Welcome to Blyth, Luke!
