TEAM NEWS
Nathan Buddle has re-joined the club on a 28 day loan from Gateshead. He will be available to make his second ‘debut’ for the club. After the departure of central midfielder Stephen Turnbull, Tom Wade will be looking to the bench to fill in the vacant space. Dan Maguire is still unavailable due to injury so Sean Reid will most likely be leading the line, continuing his fine form from December, which saw him pick up the Port of Blyth Player of the Month Award. An away win will see Spartans reach 10 victories on the road this campaign, a spectacular record with the number of miles accounted for thus far.

Halesowen Town are currently eighth in the league but have played a number of extra fixtures than surrounding teams. There’s no doubt though that they deserve to be placed there with a strong home record, with only three defeats from 16 matches. A tough game is expected for Spartans as we get ready to start 2016 the same way we started the campaign, back in August.
