Spartans’ pre-season campaign draws to a close tomorrow morning with a behind closed doors friendly against a Newcastle United XI. The game takes place at the Newcastle United Academy but there is NO admission to the general public. However live match updates will be available through the Spartans twitter feed which you can find here. If you are not a twitter user then updates will appear on the right hand side of the website during the game.
Updates will start at 10.30am with Spartans team news and the game kicks off at 11am as Tommy Cassidy and his side finalise their preparations for next Saturday’s Evo-Stik Northern Premier League campaign at Witton Albion.
