Blyth Spartans v FC Halifax Town Programme Preview

The long wait is finally over, as Croft Park hosts its first home Blue Square North fixture of the 2011/2012 season tomorrow night, with FC Halifax Town the visitors.

And as ever, fans heading to the game can see in the new campaign by getting their hands on the official matchday programme.

There have been a lot of changes at Blyth over the summer, with a new look management team at the helm, in the form of Steve Cuggy and his assistant, Gavin Fell.

In the first interview of the new season, Steve gives his views on taking over from Mick Tait and discusses some of the changes he has made since joining the club.

We also catch up with Tommy Ditchburn, who is the latest inductee into the “Green & White Cult Heroes” series.

There is also the manager’s notes from Cuggy, where he reflects on Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Histon. Plus, our new-look opposition pages bring you all the information you’ll need on our West Yorkshire visitors.

The programme costs £2 and will be available prior to kick off at both turnstiles, as well as inside the Social Club.

If you can’t make the game tomorrow night, or indeed any other home fixture, you can order one from the Supporters’ Club (however, please be aware that stocks are limited.)
