Staff were at Croft Park early this morning to check the pitch after a rise in temperature overnight. They found the pitch to be in good condition. Groundsman Peter Henderson was marking the pitch and a few minor issues relating to frozen plumbing were resolved.
The temperature is set to rise to about 10 C this afternoon and stay mild all evening so we look forward to a good crowd for the match.
