MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE MEETING ON MONDAY 25th October 2010.

1. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING.
The minutes of the last meeting were approved.
2. MATTERS ARISING.
None
3. CORRESPONDENCE.
a) Invitations had been received confirming the visit of HMS Blyth to Blyth in November
b) Letter has been sent requesting change to the flat rate VAT scheme.
c) Amendments to the FA Charter documents have been submitted to the FA
d) Committee representatives have been invited to the Supporters Club meeting on November 6th
e) NFA Senior cup draw against N. Shields confirmed on Tuesday 23rd November 7.30pm KO
4. SOCIAL CLUB.
a) Had an excellent weekend with taking over £2500 as a result of home game, Newcastle match and wedding booking.
c) The club has been booked by a Zumba dance class on Wednesday nights. Anyone interested in joining contact Mandy.
d) Places at the Christmas dinner party are still available.
e) New flyers will be available tomorrow (26th Oct) for any supporters to distribute locally.
f) The Ladies toilets will be decorated over the next two weeks by volunteers.
g) Waste collection prices have been received and existing contracts will be scrutinised.
5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS.
a) There is a junior management meeting on 27th October at which various administration issues will be highlighted.
b) Various old club documentation has been received via George Watson. It will be inspected and stored by Secretary Colin Baxter
