Further to letters and emails sent to shareholders in early January and notification in the local press in February this is a reminder that the Club’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will take place at 7.30 pm in the Social Club on Thursday 28th February. The main item on the agenda will be the adoption of new Articles of Association replacing the existing ones that are based on the 1929 Companies Act.
This is not an open forum and only shareholders whose names appear on the shareholders register will be admitted.
An outline of how the directors believe the Club can move forward will be outlined.
