Blyth Spartans are delighted to announce that Sean Reid has been awarded with the Port of Blyth Player of the Month award for August. The 24-year-old has started the season in fine form, finding the net in three of Spartans’ opening six Evo-Stik Premier League so far. Reid will be presented with the award prior to Spartans’ league meeting with Sutton Coldfield next Saturday.

The club can announce that the Port of Blyth POTM for April 2016 is Jordan Watson. Jordan has had a fine run of form all season and has been one of most consistent performers this season and one of the most accomplished left backs to play for the club in many a year. Well done Jordan!

Award | Port of Blyth POTM – March 2016

The club can announce that the Port of Blyth POTM for March 2016 is captain Robert Dale. Robbie has been in a fine run of form recently (the run basically stretching back to March 2005…) and topped this off with probably the finest goal of his Spartans career with his half volley from the half way line.
