RICHARD PELL – SEPTEMBER 2008 Richard Pell joined Blyth in the summer and has been a rock in the centre of defence. September saw Richard opening his goalscoring account for the Saprtans in a 3-0 victroy over Hyde, and he also assisted in the vital equaliser at Whitby in the FA Cup. Well done Richard!

GARETH WILLIAMS – AUGUST 2008 Gareth has been handed the captaincy of the Spartans to start the 2008/09 campaign and has led by example with an impressive first month. “Cheeks” also leads the way in the goalscoring charts with 4 goals, all from long range free kicks. Well done Cheeks!
