Last night saw North Shields win 3-0 against Morpeth in the Northumberland Senior Cup. This will mean that North Shields will face Blyth Spartans in the next round and will see a reunion with former Spartans Graham Fenton, Andy Hay and manager Anthony Woodhouse. The Club can confirm that following the Executives Committee’s decision to reduce the playing budget the Manager has now reduced the playing squad with four players leaving the Club.
