There was no over night frost last night, therefore our home game against Droylsden goes ahead as scheduled with a 3pm KO at Croft Park. Thanks goes to the ground staff a for their work on the pitch over the holiday weekend.

Our match at home tomorrow (3pm Kick Off) against Droylsden has been given the go ahead after a pitch inspection this morning, there may be a further inspection tomorrow morning but only if there is an over night frost, the weather forecast indicates that temperatures should be just above freezing.
Due to the current condition of the Croft Park pitch (No snow but large areas still frozen with standing water unable to drain) There will be a pitch inspection Sunday 2nd Jan, updates will be published via this site.
Our away game at Workington looks very much like going ahead, however this will be confirmed this afternoon.
A pitch inspection has been carried out at Workington today (31st December) and tomorrow’s game has been given the go ahead. The team coach leaves at 10.30am complete with hangovers (players excepted) The club wish all supporters a very happy New Year.

Tomorrow’s (Tuesday) away fixture against Alfreton has been called off after a pitch inspection today, it was still snowing onto the existing frozen pitch during the inspection.
