Hot on the heels of the signings of striker Andrew Jennings and midfielder Craig Hubbard, manager Paddy Atkinson has further boosted his squad for the busy Christmas period. The draw has been made for the Third Round of the Doodson Sports Cup and Spartans have been handed an away tie at Evo-Stik Northern Premier League rivals Stocksbridge Park Steels.
