Arrival | Goalkeeper Hemming signs on loan

Arrival | McGlade returns to Blyth Spartans

Blyth Spartans are pleased to announce the signing of former attacker Dylan McGlade from Bray Wanderers.  McGlade, 24, had a short spell at Croft Park during the 2017-18 season before moving back to his native Ireland with Longford Town, the team he previously joined the club from.  At the turn of the year,  McGlade joined Bray Wanderers, however has returned to England after the conclusion of their season in September. …


Departure | Robson leaves by mutual consent

Blyth Spartans can confirm Joe Robson has left the club by mutual consent.  The 21-year-old became one of Lee Clark’s first summer signings after making the switch from Northern League Division One side Newcastle Benfield. In his 13 appearances at Spartans, Robson showed his vital versatility – featuring at centre-back, right-back and central midfield.  His last outing for the club came in the 4-2 FA Cup defeat at Hednesford Town…

News | Spartans’ Remembrance plans

Fixture Change | Boston United (A)

Blyth Spartans’ visit to Boston United will now take place on Tuesday, November 19 at 7:45pm. Lee Clark’s side original trip to the Jakemans Stadium was postponed on Saturday due to a waterlogged pitch.
