This Saturday saw Spartans’ favourite Robert Dale on hand to cut the ceremonial ribbon to officially open ‘Bright Beginnings in Northumberland’.
Bright Beginnings, located at the Briardale Centre in Cowpen, is a playgroup that is run totally by volunteers. it’s for special needs and able bodied children to learn, interact with each other, play and learn everyday skills the age is from 0-5 years. They also provide help to parents, carers or guardians, to let them know they are not alone.
