Spartans defeat to Ramsbottom United on Saturday means its full steam ahead on attacking the league and the return to the fixtures see’s Blyth face struggling Droylsden at Croft Park. Aaron Wearmouth made a return to action coming off the bench on Saturday so will be hoping he is close enough to match fitness to push for a starting position.
With the same side played for the last 2 fixtures, plays may be getting tired and requiring rests so a couple faces may be brought into the team who may not get as much game time. But Wade wont be writing Droylsden off completely, with the Manchester side holding Spartans to a goalless draw earlier in the season.
