TEAM NEWS
After the last minute winner for Whitby on Boxing Day, surely the Blyth team and management will be looking for a more solid and positive game back at Croft Park to round up the year of 2013 for Spartans. Thursday saw the return of Arran Wearmouth from suspension and several players rested on the bench whilst a couple players got a run out on the Whitby coastline.

After only playing 2 days ago, fitness levels may not be at the sharpest but the Blyth squad have shown in the past their drive to get into that starting team and put in a spirited performance in front of the Croft Park crowd.

IN THE AWAY DUG OUT
Jimmy Ginnelly – Ex Atherstone Town and Shepshed Dynamo manager

DANGER MAN
Luke Barlone – scored 4 in 5 during the month of December
