TEAM NEWS
The first proper test for Tom Wade this season with the visit of league favourites AFC Fylde, but the league has nothing to do with this fixture, this is the FA Cup. Anything can happen.

After a 0-0 draw away to Droylsden on Tuesday night, Spartans will be looking to add another fixture to their schedule with progression into the 2nd Qualifying round of the FA Cup, to be played on the 28th September. Wade will be hoping he can call back centre half Purewal back from injury after missing a second game with his injury, the make shift back four did the job well on both Saturday and Tuesday. Saturday saw Dean Holmes return to the bench after missing a handful of matches with a niggling hamstring problem.

IN THE AWAY DUG OUT
Dave Challinor – Ex-Tranmere, Stockport, Bury and Colywn Bay player, been in charge since 2011 and is aged 37.

DANGER MAN
Matthew Blinkhorn – Has scored five goals for Fylde so far this season
