Blyth’s final home game of the season saw them run out 1-0 winners over Blue Square North play off side Southport. Blyth’s goal was via a fantastic counter-attacking effort scored by Marc Walton.
Congratulations also goes to Tamworth who were crowned Blue Square North champions last night following their win over Hinckley United. Tamworth were probably the best side that we faced at Croft Park this season and they are fully deserving of their title.
