1899 Club | A letter to our members

Dear Supporter,

Firstly, I’d like to say a massive thank you on behalf of myself and Blyth Spartans AFC for your continued support through the 1899 Club.

We’d like to remind you just how much we appreciate your monthly contributions, even more so during these unprecedented times.

With that in mind, we are planning to overhaul our 1899 Club during the summer months and boost communication between ourselves and you.

This will include offering cash prizes and producing a periodical bulletin with news updates on what is happening at the Club, which we will email to club members.

The first stage of this process is to ensure that we hold an up to date email address for all our members to make communication easier.

If you want to receive the bulletin all you have to do is email me and put your draw number as the subject of the email.

This will allow me to check our records and make any necessary amendments. Your details will remain confidential and will not be passed to any third-party organisation.

Indeed, communication with supporters is vitally important, particularly at this time of the year when matches are not being played.

It is easy for fans to become detached from the Club, so being able to tell you about what is going on will hopefully help to keep you in touch and maintain your interest until we can begin playing matches again.

If you want to tell me some of the subject areas that are of interest, we will do our best to include them in bulletins.

Unfortunately, there will be certain things we cannot talk about because the topic is commercially sensitive or confidential, but I am happy to consider all constructive comments.

The bulletin is only available to members of the 1899 Club. General news items will continue to appear on the Club website and social media outlets.

I look forward to receiving your emails and will be delighted to receive new membership applications.
