SPARTANSFANS PLAYER OF THE SEASON – CHRIS MCCABE
Now that the season has been completed, the winner of the SpartansFans Player of the Season can be announced and for the second time in the four years that the competition has been running, the honour is awarded to midfield lynchpin Chris McCabe.
Hugely important to the way that the Spartans play, the midfielder has played a key role in our survival in the Blue Square North and produced some stunning performances in the FA Cup run (is Tadge the man who retired Darren Anderton?)
Chris will be officially presented with his trophy at the end of season Presentation Night, which will be held in the Social Club on 8 May 2009.
